Once upon a time there was Earth, fertile, generous, fruitful. True to her nature, she revolved upon herself.

Above Earth blazed Sky. Laden with scarlet, the cloudy hues swirled about trees, drifting past plains or lingering on a spectacle of streams.

Earth composed symphonies of colours and rustlings which sprang skywards, as Sky listened to the shapes down below gambol and sing.

Oeufs perlés Sautoir. Porcelain and torch glass art beads, rock crystal heart, and chalcedony beads. Threaded with knots.

Earth crafted sands, weaved leaves and painted the prancing beings. Under Sky’s gleeful gaze, she envisioned figures, eyes, feet, wings.

In response, Sky made it rain thick floods, pouring down streams of felicity.

All over her surface, Earth sensed raindrops, gusts of wind, and Sky’s howl.

In the midst of their wonder, Earth and Sky breathed in unison for the first time.

One morning, Earth fashioned a feather, which, carried by Sky’s sigh, made the scarlet sneeze. With Sky’s gaze, Earth flirted. From a pumpkin golden fluff glided. From an oak’s branches two muffled laughs emerged.

Hence, Earth and Sky began to palpitate in unison.

Yet this was not enough: they longed to embrace.

Earth and Sky thus conceived of two birds, which found it suitable to perch on Earth’s branches and dance in Sky’s tapestry of clouds.

Les Oiseaux du Paradis Ring in 18 carat palladium white gold mounted with diamonds.

Branches beat rhythmically without discontinue while feathers enveloped one another. The two birds canoodled so thoroughly they were named inseparable.

Earth and Sky had created something that resembled Paradise.
